These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website auclair.com (the “Website”), operated by:

By accessing or making a purchase, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to these Terms.

All products are crafted exclusively in:

• .925 sterling silver
• Moissanite gemstones (lab-created)

Moissanite is a laboratory-created gemstone and is not a natural diamond. While visually similar, it differs in origin and composition. By purchasing, the Customer expressly acknowledges this distinction.

Due to the artisanal nature of each piece and digital display variations, slight differences in tone, size, or finish may occur and are considered part of the hand-finished character of the piece, not defects.

Base currency is Mexican Pesos (MXN). Prices shown in other currencies are approximate and calculated from the MXN price; the final charge is always processed in MXN by the payment provider, who may apply their own conversion.

• Final charges may vary slightly depending on payment provider conversion rates
• Applicable taxes (IVA 16%) are included in the displayed price

We reserve the right to:

• Request identity verification for high-value transactions
• Delay or cancel orders flagged as suspicious
• Refuse service at our discretion where fraud risk is identified

Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will be actively contested with supporting evidence.

An order becomes binding only upon confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Errors in pricing or product information
• Stock limitations
• Security concerns

Each piece is made to order. Estimated production and shipping time is 5–7 business days within Mexico. International shipping times vary by destination.

Free shipping within Mexico on orders over $5,000 MXN. International orders pay all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees at destination (DDU).

Risk transfers to the Customer upon confirmed delivery. We are not liable for loss due to incorrect address information. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Auclair covers return shipping within Mexico. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Customized pieces may be returned if the Customer is not satisfied, subject to the same 30-day window and condition requirements.

Auclair offers a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in silverwork (soldering, clasps, settings). Moissanite stones carry a lifetime warranty against loss of brilliance, fire, or color, per industry standard.

Free complimentary cleaning at any time. Repairs outside warranty are available at cost.

Not covered:

• Normal wear (scratches, scuffs)
• Natural tarnishing of silver — inherent to the material
• Improper use, accidents, or alterations by third parties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Liability is limited to the purchase price
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Once delivered, the Customer assumes full responsibility for the product.

All designs, branding, images, and content are the exclusive property of Auclair S.A. de C.V.. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Customers may exercise ARCO rights at any time.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mérida, Yucatán, México, with both parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
