You may return any Auclair piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, provided that:

• The piece is unused, unworn, and free of any signs of wear
• It is returned in its original packaging
• You contact us first to receive return instructions

Puedes devolver cualquier pieza Auclair dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la entrega para un reembolso total al método de pago original, siempre que:

• La pieza no haya sido usada ni presente signos de uso
• Sea devuelta en su empaque original
• Nos contactes primero para recibir las instrucciones de devolución

Unlike most fine jewelry houses, Auclair accepts returns on customized or made-to-order pieces if the customer is not satisfied. The same 30-day window, unworn condition, and original packaging requirements apply.

If a customized piece is returned due to dissatisfaction with the design specifications the customer provided (size, engraving content, chosen finish), Auclair may, at its discretion, retain a portion of the price equivalent to the irrecoverable cost of materials.

A diferencia de la mayoría de las casas de joyería fina, Auclair acepta devoluciones en piezas customizadas o hechas sobre pedido si el cliente no queda satisfecho. Aplican los mismos requisitos: 30 días, sin uso y empaque original.

Si una pieza customizada se devuelve por inconformidad con especificaciones provistas por el cliente (talla, contenido del grabado, acabado elegido), Auclair podrá, a su discreción, retener una porción del precio equivalente al costo irrecuperable de materiales.

1. Email atelierauclair@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label (for Mexico) or instructions for international returns.
3. Pack the piece in its original packaging.
4. Drop it off at the designated carrier.
5. Once we receive and inspect the piece, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Auclair covers return shipping within Mexico. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost; we recommend using a tracked, insured method.

2. Te enviaremos una guía prepagada (México) o las instrucciones para devoluciones internacionales.
3. Empaca la pieza en su empaque original.
4. Entrégalo en la paquetería indicada.
5. Una vez recibida e inspeccionada la pieza, el reembolso se procesa dentro de 5 a 10 días hábiles al método de pago original.

Auclair cubre el envío de retorno dentro de México. Para devoluciones internacionales, el cliente es responsable del costo de envío de retorno; recomendamos usar un método rastreable y asegurado.

For size exchanges or swaps to a different piece, follow the return process above. Once we receive the original piece, we will produce the new piece and ship it free of additional shipping cost within Mexico.

If the new piece is of higher value, the difference will be charged. If lower, the difference is refunded.

Para cambios de talla o por otra pieza, sigue el proceso de devolución anterior. Al recibir la pieza original, produciremos la nueva pieza y la enviaremos sin costo adicional de envío dentro de México.

Si la nueva pieza es de mayor valor, se cobrará la diferencia. Si es menor, se reembolsa la diferencia.

Auclair offers a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in silverwork (soldering, clasps, prongs, settings).

Moissanite stones carry a lifetime warranty against loss of brilliance, fire, or color, per the industry standard set by the moissanite suppliers we work with.

Complimentary cleaning is offered at any time during the life of the piece — simply contact us to coordinate.

Repairs outside warranty (resizing, broken chains caused by accident or improper use, re-tipping, replating) are available at cost. We will provide an estimate before any work begins.

Auclair ofrece una garantía limitada de 6 meses contra defectos de fabricación en el trabajo en plata (soldaduras, broches, garras, engastes).

Las piedras de moissanita cuentan con garantía vitalicia contra pérdida de brillo, fuego o color, conforme al estándar de la industria establecido por los proveedores de moissanita con los que trabajamos.

Limpieza de cortesía gratis en cualquier momento durante la vida de la pieza — solo contáctanos para coordinarla.

Las reparaciones fuera de garantía (ajuste de talla, cadenas rotas por accidente o uso indebido, recambio de garras, rebañado) tienen costo. Enviaremos un presupuesto antes de iniciar cualquier trabajo.

• Normal wear: scratches, scuffs, light denting
• Natural tarnishing of sterling silver. Silver oxidizes naturally with air, humidity, and skin chemistry. This is inherent to the material and is addressed through cleaning, not warranty.
• Damage from chemicals (perfume, chlorine, cleaning products, salt water)
• Improper use, accidents, drops, or impact damage
• Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
• Loss or theft of the piece

• Ennegrecimiento natural de la plata .925. La plata se oxida naturalmente con el aire, la humedad y la química de la piel. Es propio del material y se atiende mediante limpieza, no por garantía.
• Daños por químicos (perfume, cloro, productos de limpieza, agua salada)
• Uso indebido, accidentes, caídas o impactos
• Alteraciones o reparaciones hechas por terceros
• Pérdida o robo de la pieza

To minimize tarnishing: store your piece in the original cloth pouch when not worn, avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine, and salt water, and put your jewelry on last when getting ready. A soft polishing cloth restores shine between visits.

Para minimizar el ennegrecimiento: guarda tu pieza en la bolsita original cuando no la uses, evita el contacto con perfumes, cremas, cloro y agua salada, y ponte tu joyería al final al arreglarte. Un paño de pulido suave restaura el brillo entre limpiezas con nosotros.
