Auclair S.A. de C.V. (“Auclair”), with address at Mérida, Yucatán, México, is the data controller (Responsable) and is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

Personal Data Collected
We may collect the following personal data:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Shipping and billing address
- Payment information (processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers)
- Purchase history
- IP address and browsing data
- Tax information (RFC) only when an invoice is requested
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data as defined by the LFPDPPP.

Primary purposes (necessary for the customer relationship):
- Processing and delivering orders
- Payment processing and fraud prevention
- Customer service and warranty support
- Issuing CFDI invoices when requested
- Complying with applicable legal and tax obligations
Secondary purposes (optional):

You may oppose secondary purposes at any time by writing to atelierauclair@gmail.com. Opposition to secondary purposes does not affect the customer relationship.
Section 4
Data Transfers
We may share your data, only as strictly necessary, with:
- Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe)
- Shipping and logistics providers (DHL, FedEx, Estafeta and similar)
- Technology and infrastructure providers (Shopify, Lovable Cloud / Supabase, hosting and email providers)
- Tax authorities and authorities when required by law
These transfers do not require your consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP. All third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and process it only for the agreed purposes. We do not sell your personal data.

ARCO Rights
Under the LFPDPPP, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and learn how it is processed
- Rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete
- Cancel it when you consider it is not being used in accordance with applicable principles, duties, and obligations
- Oppose its use for specific purposes
You may also revoke the consent you have granted, limit the use or disclosure of your data, and withdraw from marketing communications.
To exercise these rights, please send a written request to atelierauclair@gmail.com including: (i) your full name and contact information, (ii) documents that prove your identity, (iii) a clear description of the rights you wish to exercise, and (iv) any additional element that helps locate your personal data. We will respond within 20 business days as required by law.

Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data against loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party platforms over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
